After a refund has been approved and processed by RentACarOffer or the applicable service provider, the time required for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or other financial institution.
RentACarOffer is not responsible for delays caused by banks, card issuers, payment processors, or other third parties.
7. REFUND PROCESSING TIME
Refund processing times may vary depending on the booking provider and payment method.
Once an eligible refund has been processed, it may take several business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

8. NO-SHOWS AND LATE CANCELLATIONS
If you do not use a booked service without cancelling it within the applicable cancellation period, the booking may be treated as a “no-show.”
No-show bookings and late cancellations may be subject to cancellation fees or may be completely non-refundable, depending on the terms of the applicable service provider.
9. CHANGES TO BOOKINGS
Requests to change the date, time, vehicle, destination, passenger information, or other booking details may be subject to availability and additional charges.

10. DUPLICATE OR INCORRECT PAYMENTS

11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS

Where a third-party provider is responsible for the underlying service, its cancellation, refund, and booking terms may apply.
